Miracle in a Dry Season by Sarah Loudin Thomas
I had a hard time reading this book. The book was good and well written, just not my preferred type of reading material. Perla is a quiet person trying to be unnoticed as she moved to a new town with her daughter. She meets a man in town, Caswell whose gut tells him Perla is keeping a secret. The town goes into a drought and Perla helps in an unique way. The story line is simply about forgiveness and how God draws us closer and reveals Himself to us through love and forgiveness.
